Because how does a regular office day actually look like – you already know: Your employees sit all day at their desks in front of the computer and if you observe their posture it really doesn’t look healthy. And you’re right. It is not. In this „hunched over the laptop“ position our whole energy system is blocked.

How does Office Yoga look like?

I will visit your company for the Corporate Yoga and give a class in your office gym or conference room. My classes are designed for approx. 10-15 people as my experience has shown that is the perfect count. If you like to offer office yoga to more employees we will also find a good solution. Each employee will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a water bottle. 

The alignment-centered classes are so designed that your employees learn how to sit, stand or move in a healthy and energy-efficient way. That will relieve the body from the strains of sitting in the long run. Furthermore, they will learn several techniques on how to breathe efficiently and how to gain more energy with instant results. Meditation techniques will help them to create a healthy and motivating mind set and letting go of self-sabotage behavior. Positive affirmation statements will help them to create the best version of themselves in order to perform in an outstanding way.

If you don’t have a conference room or office gym and only a small place that’s no problem! I also offer Desk Yoga what we can do right on the spot! So we learn how to sit and work in an efficient way. We do efficient Eye Yoga exercises that improve the sight and relieve neck pain and headache. We strengthen and stretch the muscles of the body to gain a healthy posture while working at the desk will also improve the energy level.

How long is a Corporate Yoga class?

Usually a class is designed to be 30 – 60 min. On request I can also design a shorter or longer class (Look at rates below). If you like you can also book the several offers separately (contact me for individual price):
